Psalm HQgrouping study

Three ways to group thirteen tools

Same theme, same content, same detail pane — the only thing that changes is how the index is organised. Today's page spends six headings on thirteen rows and scrolls; each of these fixes that differently.

G1

Chips

Keep the sidebar, delete the headings. Owner becomes a filter chip at the top and a coloured edge on each row — so all thirteen fit on one screen, and the chips are the per-org tabs.

  • Smallest change to what exists today
  • Ownership visible without spending a heading
  • Still a single scrolling column as things grow
G2

Board

Turn the stack on its side: one column per owner, everything visible at once, no scrolling. The detail slides in over the board instead of holding half the screen permanently.

  • Whole system in one glance
  • Becomes spatial memory — Looey is always column two
  • Biggest departure from the current page
G3

Recent

Stop grouping by default. The list orders itself by what you actually open, with owner as a small tag. Sort by owner or A–Z is one control away when you want to browse.

  • The four tools you use daily rise to the top
  • No headings at all in the default view
  • The order is personal, so it is never the same twice

All three are live and clickable — real tools, real reachability probes, the same detail pane. Sean's Projects appears in each as the locked state a signed-out visitor would get, because the real payload carries weekly goals and these pages are public. Nothing here is deployed to psalm-hq.pages.dev; it stays as it is until one of these is picked.
